From the time we checked in the employee's were gr8! They escort you to your site (large park) and helped me back in. Very clean park! Nice people

Tired of some people ruining the park for everyone else, making extra rules that aren't nessary because of people not following the ones that we have had in the past. Grow up, we are all over 55+.
Wonderful resort. Clean throughout the park. Friendly people and great activities. I felt safe and comfy.
If your dog is overweight don't go here. We were refused our reservation cause our beagle was a few pounds overweight. Encore Southern Palms made room for us.
Great place to live. Staff keeps the grounds looking good. Office staff is the best. People are very nice from all over US and Canada. Many activities. Nears shopping and dining. Highly recommend.
