Located 10 miles from Brooksville. Take Exit 285 off of I-75. Go west on SR 52 (approx. 15 miles) to Highway 41. Go north on Highway 41 (approx. 5 1/2 miles) to the resort. Resort is located on the east side.
It is on the smaller side of the RV parks we've stayed in (the smallest being about 12 sites in someone's smallish, wet backyard 😜, for overnight) but the office, clubhouse, pool, laundry, etc. are very well maintained. And the staff all very, very cordial and helpful. It's also priced very well, a good buy. Definitely a place we'll return to.

**DOUBLE CHARGES FOR ELECTRIC**
just ask anyone who stays monthly. Any other camp grounds monthly rate is around $70, ours however was $150 we’d asked a few of the others staying annually if there’s were this high as well, some said their bill was $300. We were shocked. Management was also rude and nitpicking every little thing, happy to say I won’t be back.
