We rent a rv lot from a owner... great amenities and friendly people throughout the lower sections ... great dog park, laundry, workout room is okay could be updated. Management take good care of the grounds.

You can walk to the river. Several different lots with different prices. I really like it here

I'm guessing about this place since all I did was drive into but speaking to several of the residents I feel they confirmed my opinion. Very well laid out and seemingly organized rv park with all the amenities and beautifully spaced apart. So many campers had their own patio and/or shed for storing things. I saw some VERY nice campers and RVs! Seems like a nice place to stay for awhile or a long time. Only bad thing (for me) was the remote location but for others that may be a a good thing!

This is primarily an owner owned site campground. It is well maintained and the folks we met were great. However, the few sites available to rent through the campground are right next to highway 40. If you are sensitive to traffic noise, which I am, this is not the place for you. The traffic is very loud during the day and remains pretty constant throughout the night. Even with my White Noise app going I was unable to sleep. I would consider staying here again if I could rent a site near the back of the park.

Very friendly people. Been here a few times to rent a canoe over about ten years. We love how low key, friendly and helpful they are. The river is amazing and get to see over 30+ species of birds, turtles, snakes, fish. alligators and manatees!
