We really enjoyed spending time at the park. The museum gives an in-depth history with illustrations and artifacts about the CCC (Civilian Conservation Corps) whose members built this park and many others across the country back in the mid to late 1930’s. The trails are well kept and are great for leisure walks. We saw people riding bikes and jogging. There is also an area for family camping. We’ll definitely come back.

This is one of the best parks I have been to in Florida. Very calming and relaxing atmosphere. I loved looking up at the gigantic trees and soaking in the spectacular sounds of nature at its finest.

this park was amazing

We saw a while lot of wild life and we had fun at the shop.

The museum was awesome.

But while camping we encountered cows that kept mooing and we got no sleep.

Half of the board walk was closed.

I love this Park! I renewed my annual Park pass and it was half off today until January. The park is amazing! Had lunch there and walked some trails . The weather was beautiful! The camp store was open but the museum was closed I'm sure they are getting ready for season. Awesome day at the park!
