Great experience, beautiful sunset at the little beach and incredible service very compassionate and nice. Price is very good for the Florida Keys and I would stay here again and again. Has all the amenities, the RV park has for 30 and 50 volts and 20 volts too, sewage system, water etc…. Thank you for all the help you guys gave!

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Jim in the front office, he was so helpful with our boat rental and places to see. The destination was beautiful and the floating lounge were very nice, but Jim was the star for us. Thank you again for all the recommendations for dinner!

Such a hidden gem!! Absolutely loved staying in the houseboat of this marina. Tons of amenities on the premise including a secluded sunset beach, kayaks, paddle-boards, biking, and a cozy pool. The houseboat was super cute, clean, and well decorated. I can’t wait to visit again as my only regret is not having enough time to enjoy all of the amenities. Note that there is only 1 designated parking spot and will be charged for overflow parking if there is more than 1 vehicle and if they even have anything available.

Excellent place to stay. We camped here for a month. Staff are outstanding especially maintenance and front office personnel. Small but clean and nice with no tree or water hazards which is appreciated with the winds in the keys. It's also nice that they don't charge additional fees for bike or kayak use. Good location with an easy bike ride to Sombrero Beach, Key Colony Beach, Coco Plum, ... If you're on your way to Key West this is a great place to stop to break up the ride.

We stayed in RV site #10. It was a fantastic experience! The park is small about 25 sites that ends at a gorgeous beach area...there is no swimming beach but the pool was a bonus! The office, bath-house laundry area was created from Containers and so cute. Bath house area has four units equipped with toilet sink and shower area. Very large and always clean. Laundry is very tidy and outside. Close to everything Marathon has to offer with bikes and kayaks to use at no charge. The staff was awesome and the other travelers we met were great. If you are looking for a central location in The Keys...this is it...

PS can accommodate any size rig

and very pet friendly.
