We showed up without a reservation, but had no trouble getting a cabin for the night. Called the manager, who was off-site, he met us there within 5 min. Cabin was definitely dated, hello 1980's, but was clean & super cozy! Beautiful big stone gas fireplace, but manager did say other cabins had wood burning ones. Definitely would stay again!

It's ok except for the employees who like to slow down and curiously look into your room if your door is open. It's just bad manners. 😉

Rented this place through Air bnb. Amazingly located right off the main road and walking distance to the Alpine Coaster and a few food spots and stores. We arrived early Saturday morning and got to check in early. Our cabin was great, had its own fireplace and jacuzzi tub, as well as a shower in the bathroom. Since the cabin is smaller the water heater takes a little bit of time to warm the tub but is nice when you have the fire going. There's a heater also if you don't feel like using the fireplace. It was quiet and we hardly saw anyone else. This spot definitely exceeded my expectations. I would honestly come back. The room had a small refrigerator to keep drinks cold and they also had a microwave and coffee maker. Best part was our little porch to sit outside and unwind on. Highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit Big Bear Lake.

Omg the cutest little cabin perfect for the little family getaway. Loved it. They have little plug in Heaters in each room & a heated blanket too.

My babies slept as if they were at home ! Suggest making all your last min stops before driving up there. We had to drive an hour away cause we forgot to stop at the store

We spent two nights in cabin #9. It is a very quaint and rustic setup. The cabin was exactly how it was advertised. Check in was at 5pm, which was a little late for us. The team was very responsive in emails and responded to any questions or issues we had.

At one point the shower wasn’t getting cold water, so all we had was too-hot-to-shower water. The team responded immediately to our emails and it was fixed that day. It looked like whoever fixed it left a good amount of dirt in the tub, however.

The location is great - 10 minute walk (max) to the village.
