I lived there for several years. I've rented for years. Of all the managers I've dealt with in my life. I would much rather have a stern but fair manager. I felt the manager was both of those things. The owner has made some improvements, however, I think it would behoove the owner to invest in the improvements the manager is trying to achieve. The neighbors I had there were nice, and helpful, for the most part. Considering the area of town, I felt safe, and well accommodated. Thanks to all who work to keep it clean and safe as possible . I would move back in a second !!!
I've worked here and lived here for years. The management staff is incredibly kind and understanding. They are very understanding of my wife's service dog. The only problem with the park is that they cant evict the people they should be allowed to evict. Otherwise, its clean and has tons of children. Very family friendly. Most of the tenants have been there for years and have incredibly interesting stories.
Ton of homeless and high crimes. Litter bug trash everywhere and bad roads.
Very unkept grounds are filthy found a hypodermic needle on the ground management won't clean it up owner will not spend no money raised our rent 2 years in a row if you don't live here don't move here
I see the bad reviews on the park. Here lately it all has to deal with the bad management company that we all had to endure for over a year. But, we have a new management company, and the park is coming back up to where it should be. The manager and maintenance have more hours to work with and things are getting done. Please don't let the bad reviews make you jaded to staying here. We don't do weekly or nightly rentals any longer. Yes, there are some bad apples in the park, but those are being dealt with. If you want to stay here, great. Just don't judge the park by the previous management company. It's looking a whole lot better now. The bad apples are being weeded out and making the park a lot better. I can't give 5 stars... YET! But it's getting there! Please bear with us. We are trying to make it better, it's getting there, but it is going to take a little time. If you're willing to be patient, we're willing to work with you!
