This KOA is a hidden gem that surely shines during the peak season. We appreciate the great value and friendly staff on our break from the road while passing through the area. The laundry was out of service, which was not great. However I cannot argue with upgrading their facilities during the off season.

Campground was very nice and clean. Lots were decent size and easy to maneuver. Not much to do for the kids and the campground is fairly small. It's a little further to the city of Fredericksburg than we originally thought. It would be a perfect campground for a night or while traveling along I-95.

We just had an overnight stay here and we loved it! Check in was easy and pleasant. Got an escort to our site with firewood delivered. The patio was perfect for our dinner guests. Campground was well maintained. Definitely visit again. This was our first KOA stay so thanks for a great experience.

Very nice campground and we lucked out with a roomy, "satellite friendly" (first time I heard that term in a park but it makes sense!) site facing a large pond with a fountain. Staff was friendly and always appreciate the extra touches like escorts in, delivering firewood and picking up garbage (although you do pay for those). They are working on some improvements (like the laundry room) and we will stay again next time through the area.

Beautiful, well-maintained campground. Great sites, roomy. Staff very pleasant. Would definitely stay again. We had a fifth wheel rv and stayed in a pull thru patio site. Prices very reasonable as well.
