Edge-O-Dells Camping & RV Resort (21+)

I really didn't want to write a bad review, I tried communicating and giving them time to respond before I did but I haven't heard anything back from them. We stayed at the only family friendly house 2 weeks ago. Located right on the highway, not the best place for the only family friendly house. Says there was only wifi at the office, ok no big deal we can survive. Get to the house and there's a clipboard that says wifi name and PW. Doesn't work. Ask the office about it and they said it should. It never did. Ok whatever. Also said house has AC. Which was misleading. The older part of the house did, but the newer addition did not. Which in the summer in Wisconsin is not fun. We did everything we could including contacting front desk but nothing. Ended up buying a fan to blow in the night time air since that was cooler than the house. Place was clean and it was quiet, however we stayed Wednesday- Friday so that might have been why.

Worst campground ever!!!!!! Do not stay here!!!! We had extremely loud neighbors that played loud music until 3 AM and then they would start again at 7 AM!!! When we went to the office to complain they said music was to be off at midnight and they would send security over but nothing was done. After the 2nd night of this the neighbors were quiet for a few hour's but then decided to wake up at 3 AM and blast music!! When we asked them to turn it down they said to shut the "F" up!!! Never again will we spend money at this resort!!!! Horrible Horrible Horrible

My friends and I spent Monday and Tuesday for a girls get away in July. We stayed in one of the campgrounds cabins. The one thing that lowered my rating of the service at this campground was the cleaning crew the day of check out. Our check out was at 11am and around 9:45am the cleaning crew was sitting outside our cabin in their 2 golf carts and van waiting for us to leave. In addition, when my friends and I were packing up the car they repeatedly hit on and made comments at us. This was very unprofessional and made us uncomfortable.

The check in process was wonderful and the front desk manager with red hair was very kind. When we got to the cabin, everything appeared clean but there was no toilet paper which the front desk kindly replaced. Upon further evaluation of the rooms, we found a condom wrapper on the floor by the bed. The air conditioning in that bedroom appeared dirty so we couldn’t keep it on at night. That bedroom also smelt like mildew. Everything aside from that bedroom was clean and appeared in good condition. The pool was great and we really enjoyed the hot tub.
