**For this review, we stayed in a pull thru site in our RV.**
We liked this place! It was super fun and had so many activities going on throughout the day.
The paved road was really nice for the kids to ride their bikes on, unlike other campgrounds that have gravel roads.
The pond was warm despite the chilly day when the sun wasn't shining. The inflateable obstacle course was awesome and included in your stay (no hidden fee).
The staff was friendly. We did not have any issues with our stay so I don't know how the customer service is. But everyone we talked to was nice!
We would definitely come here again 🙂
This place is great! The location is perfect for a campground and the service is great. I will say, the bathrooms need some more attention. The toilets are very close to the stall door, if you have claustrophobia, those bathrooms are not for you. The campground we stayed at was right by a couple cabins but the floor wasn’t flat which made the picnic table unsteady. The game room is definitively trashed and also needs more attention, which sucks because I was pretty excited to use the game room! On our first night, our neighbors were partying till quiet hour and people were calling the POLICE on them. I think people need to understand that QUIET hour is till 11pm-8am. They were following the rules! I didn’t hear a peep from them after 11pm. I do think that overall the place needs more attention but is pretty good!! (The inflatable waterpark was taken over by teenagers tackling each other AND piling on the obstacle course obviously being oblivious to their surroundings.. My family and friends couldn’t even go on it because the teenagers wouldn’t let them…)
Used to go here as a kid and it was so much fun. Yesterday I got done working on my buddies car, we were in harmony grove, so we decided to walk here for some exercise and cool off in the water.
Nowhere on their website does it say they don’t offer day passes Friday and Saturday, so, we walked all the way here just to be told “sorry we’re packed full today”. There was nobody in the water and it looked dead.
Maybe we didn’t meet their criteria and look redneck enough for them? I don’t know, what I do know is I’ll never go here again. Go to the dells, you’ll have a better time anyways.
Stayed at Smokey Hollow for the first time and it was really nice. It seems to be very well up kept. We had both water and electric hookup for our camper which is always nice. The pads for the Blue sites are nice. They have a lot of activities for kids.
Great Campground with many attractions over the weekend. On Saturday you pretty much can be busy all day long since 8 am.. barrel train, make your own donut, water balloon war shopping cart rides, beach party with DJ and much more. Awesome experience, friendly stuff, nice and clean cabin and golf cart for rent 😊 Thank you for the great experience. Cheers.
