Clean trail. 2 tough uphill spots for little kids. They will need assistance. This trail was easy enough for little kids and older people. Just got to be careful on the 2 steap, uphill spots.

Nice amount of beginner hiking trails. Very nice view at the top. My favorite campground for the area. Small and compact but enough vegetation to give you a small nook to yourself. Multiple areas to setup for a picnic. There are outhouses so you don't have to truly rough it.

Was so breathtaking I actually cried my first time here, 10000% worth the short and steep 5 minute hike

Would be a much bigger rating if the rangers weren’t soooo rude. Trails are marked and easy to manage, just avoid interacting with the rangers. I didn’t realize being polite was so frowned upon.

Very nice hike although it's a bit late to see the fall colors from the overlook. If you are a little unsure about walking on the steep parts, walking sticks might be helpful.
