What I don’t like about the website is that they don’t show you any pictures only one standard pic with a lot of filter to look nice doesn’t say prices neither.

Great place but super hard to find. We did go round for quiet a while until we finally found it. Very helpful security named Julie who went out of her way to set us up at 9:30 pm.

We booked a site in August for an overnight stay in October. When we arrived we were assigned to a site all the way at the far end of the campground next to a stage , loud music and tents where obviously a loud party was being prepared. Turns out the CT Van life association were having their yearly get together. We called the office and even went to the office to talk with the manager to change sites as we needed our rest being on a long road trip. The manager told us that they were fully booked and that there should not be any issue as the campground has a strong set of rules. Or she could refund us the site but at that time it was too late for us to leave and find another campground. We ended up coping with a loud party next to us until late in the night. We understand that parties can take place, our issue is with the manager who showed low customerservice skills and was hiding behind the rules of the campground. She could have offered to put us on a wait list in case some campers would cancel their stay (as several ones did) or could have tried to swap our site with some of the partygoers.
