I called mid-morning for availability on a site and they said they had one back in so we took it since we only needed one night. When we checked in they were able to give us a pull through which was fantastic. The office staff were very nice and friendly. The park itself was clean and nicely mowed and trimmed. We would definitely stay there again if in the area. This RV park is as nice as any resort RV park.

We can’t say enough about our experiences at this park. Nearby groceries, foodie places and shops, yet a sense of seclusion. Set-up and enjoy your stay; nothing to worry about at this park! Enjoy it for all it has to offer.

We come to the area every December for a bowling tournament and this was our 3rd time staying here. Super clean park, and the staff is always very nice. They have done some nice upgrades with adding storm shelters in case of bad weather. We will definitely continue to stay there.

This place was great! Clean, easy to get to and quiet at night. We were planning on staying one night but ended up staying two on our way south. Dog parks are awesome and it’s close to Camping World, groceries and Ace for Traeger pellets! Plus Dothan is a great town!

As far as a private RV park, these folks run a great place. Efficient, clean and a great place for an overnight stay. We stayed overnight on New Years Eve and even on a holiday a short stay was no problem! Much of the park is for long term stays, but the front row near the highway is a line of very easy-in/easy-out pull thru sites just for short and overnight stays. I called and reservations where made easily and I chose to pay online. Check-in was quick and easy. In my humble opinion I have to say that individual RV sites had tons of space between them, concrete pads where level and all had very modern utility hook ups. For short or overnight stays, this place was fabulous and the people running the office could not have made things any better! Office staff really showed what southern (Alabama) hospitality is all about!
