Very nice. Very quiet. Very natural and the private water front fire pit with table was phenomenal. The wifi left something to improve on but it was too beautiful to complain.
All of my pictures are from campground Area A. The place is unbelievably clean. Camp host do a great job. The check in process was simply and quick; this is completely due to the professional young man at the booth. New for us was what they call a pull through was actually a pull off (as you can see in the pics). Not an issue at all, just different verbiage. As you can see the woods back in site has a hump (just so you know it's there). If you get a back in site on the lake with a deck area be sure your camper will fit (or your tow vehicle if necessary). The beach is extremely clean and the bathrooms are spotless except for age. Lots of slippery up/down hill grass but that's mother nature. Wonderful touch of benches around the lake.
Park is always kept flawlessly clean and is never crowded. Very nice campsite area and beach. Public restrooms on site. Kayaks, paddle boards, and paddle boats are available for rent. Fishing is also good. I kayak here on weekends for exercise and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
Such a wonderful place. Has a little beach, camp sites, barbeque places, everything you need. Beautiful scenery..
We stay here each Thanksgiving holiday. Needs a renovation! Pot holes on roads everywhere. Limited sewer sites. Other than those two minor things it is a really nice campground. They have started doing a nice job decorating for Christmas with lights and decorations all over the park.
