What a joke this place is. I noticed they removed the negative reviews. Peter your nothing but a lying drunk troublemaker. If your in the click you'll love this place.
Very clean. Awesome friendly people. Extremely nice park manager Lenore and Park Maintenance guy Peter. Park is so clean awesome lawnscaping nice tenants!!
Hollywood Beach Mobile Home Park is a 55 and above senior living community. Therefore there is minimal interference from young hoodlums and screaming babies. The homeless used to be a minor problem but I think the local police are clearing that problem up. Its a quiet little community, its only like a thousand feet to the beach, and Channel Islands Harbor is right across the street.
Retirement Community.
Located on Hollywood Beach, Oxnard Ca.93035
1 block from beach access. My Grandparents lived there for many years. I was able to enjoy the grounds while I 🏊 with my nana. They have a nice Club house, Heated Pool, grounds keeper with beautiful gardens. Community meetings and events.
You just have to come for a visit & see for yourself! I have friends that live there & they absolutely love living there! 55-year-old, min. I believe.
I have never heard any complaints!!!😀😉
I used to spend time with my Grandma here when I was growing up in the 70s and 80s. Loved it! Loved the pool they had this crazy machine in there that made bubbles I guess to simulate a jacuzzi experience. Hey it was the 70s. Lol. Anyways you could throw a rock to the beach you were that close. Used to take after dinner strolls along the beach w her and my Aunt. They were great memories. The park was well kept and so quiet. Nobody bothered us grandkids when we used to visit and use the facilitator. But we were more well behaved than these kids today. I’m almost 50 now would love to retire there but 500 and up is too Rich for my blood. Lol. Great place from what I can remember!
