Screw this place. Way too expensive. You can rent an apartment for what it costs monthly here! They want to charge 1,000$ a month plus 50$ for an extra vehicle in bum ridden, crime stuffed Costa Mesa?! What a joke.

Great Place! Quiet and responsible staff and neighbors. Located perfectly wether you want to spend the day at the beach or are a college student looking for a place to live. Everything you need within a 5 mile radius and bus transportation close by.

Very friendly residents. Nancy works with us to get us a place, every time we want to come see our grandson play baseball at UC Irvine. Tight quarters. 3 washers and dryers - no shower/restroom. Gated at night.

I came to stay for 2 months but I’ve now been here over 2 years. It’s an excellent place with great neighbors. It’s gated at night so it’s very safe. The location is great, 10 minutes from Newport Beach. There’s grocery stores within walking distance. Best price near the beach too. Highly recommended Stone Villa. It’s quiet and more longterm so you don’t have to deal with the loud weekend warriors!

Friendly staff. Woman owned park! It’s a small community and everyone is very friendly. Of all parks I’ve stayed at, I super loved the feeling of community here. The wash room is fast and convenient. Location is amazing. Great ocean breeze. A little ‘old school’ with the keys and garage doors openers, and hand written correspondence, but I actually appreciated all of these touches after a few days there. You really feel like family or a community here. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. ❤️Manager is named Nancy or Linda, I believe. She was such a sweetheart! ❤️❤️ The owner is a very direct and friendly woman — and that is very much appreciated! Love this place!
