This was such a great way to get away from all the hustle of the city and truly connect with nature. I fell completely in love with the view of San Diego County. Ben is such a great host, he was responsive and kind. Looking forward to coming back real soon!

*Dangerous and hazardous conditions as well as dirty and unhealthy.* Owner and host were careless and callous. Matter of fact we had to call the police and for official help to get us off that mountain. Was completely blown away by the horrible experience we had. We could say a lot more but this review is to warn others. If you do adventure here make sure you come in a group as as an experienced camper and outdoors person with a faultless GPS system, which is difficult in these areas, so be aware. We only got back down to Fallbrook because we called for help; at least two police cruisers and a towing company. We have various proof including pictures of the bugs that got into our vehicle. No one deserves what we went through. Disgusting, stressful and frightening experience. One of the worst things is you don't know the addresses or streets you're on, on dangerous mountain roads. And I will say this. The host was on a motorbike at beeakneck speeds we could barely follow up there originally. I don't particularly like the feeling having my life and the lives of my children in danger and the risk I'll be on the nightly News.

This is the best campsite in San Diego County. Private and lots of hiking trails. Perfect getaway. Owners are very courteous and respectful of the campers' privacy. Excellent choice for tent or small RV self- contained.

Well managed outdoor retreat. Would improve signage slightly to give us an idea about how to redirect to our site AND would appreciate emergency evacuation information. (I'm an adventurous one, but since their are a few sites in this spacious acerage I think maybe just a general idea would be welcome. Facilities were clean (though the water jugs were full out our site and of questionable potability, and I'm unsure of how often the cots are cleaned, I didn't find anything alarming, just loads of ants)

The area was maintained well enough. Views were great and hosts were responsive enough. Good way to camp for a different experience than backcountry camping OR traditional campground camping)
