This lake has become a favorite for me. While slightly pricier than other options, the investment is justified by their weekly stocking of trout and catfish. The variety of lakes to choose from adds to the appeal, catering to different preferences and fishing experiences.

One standout feature is the adorable kids' pond—a small, confined area designed for children to try their hand at catching catfish. It adds a delightful touch to the overall family-friendly atmosphere. The attention to creating a diverse fishing experience, suitable for both seasoned anglers and families, sets this lake apart.

Despite the slightly higher cost, the regular stocking and the range of fishing opportunities make it a worthwhile destination. The joy of seeing children excitedly engage with fishing in their dedicated pond adds a heartwarming dimension. For those seeking a well-rounded family trip, this lake's thoughtful amenities and diverse fishing options make it a standout choice, even with the slightly elevated price point.

Love this lake!! Sometimes you gotta move around to catch catfish. Plenty of big fish. Price is worth it when you don't skunk. Trout season is also great, they stock lighting.
