It’s NOT. A resort anymore. (Pool is completely filled in, so no more pool) there’s no playground, no mini golf, no game room. But the prices to live here still keep rising, for what? There’s nothing else here. The name needs to change to “Camper RV & Mobile home Park” not RESORT. There’s nothing resort about this run down place and charging as such is a scam. Some of the long time residents have piles and piles of trash outside of their mobile homes or RVs. It’s disgusting. The laundry rooms washer& dryer are either broken or run down, or homeless people wash their stuff.
No landscaping is being done around peoples spots, so the weeds have outgrown it’s a FIRE HAZARD and a liability. There’s nothing being done to get these people to clean up there spots! It’s starting to look like a homeless encampment.
What’s the point of a front gate when it stays open letting a bunch of cars in of people who either don’t have a gate key or don’t live here inside the park!? The guest parking should ONLY BE IN THE PARKING LOT. The gate should only be 1 car at a time, and spikes needs to be put in the outgoing gate so people don’t try coming through the exit.
There’s absolutely NO SECURITY, which is a huge liability for the people and children that live here. No security > break ins in storage, people’s RVs & cars and HOMELESS people coming into the park + drug people.
This places owner needs to re evaluate where they put their money, and focus on fixing this place up 100% and complete renovation. It would draw more people to live and stay here! And it would be cleaner and nicer.
I reside in this teaming, corporately owned metropolis. The road to hell was paved with good intentions. I'm reminded daily that I can't feed or consume my good intent. Believe me, I've honestly deduced the practicality and what would pair best when attempting to blend an intangible idea into a blender for local consumption. Plus locating a useful idiot to gaslight into that sorta thing is far more difficult than one might think. To summarize, don't lie and don't steal. You will get severely injured if caught.
The showers don't work and the ones that do are scary. The laundry room is OK but very hot. The one nice feature is the pool but it's hit or miss on being clean. The people who live in the park are friendly though.
This and the mobile trailer park on the other side are just junkie property at this point, Definitely the cheapest sections in all Perris but that doesn’t make it “good” everywhere there’s trash, the entire 80 Dawes st is just a a place where people speed there loud cars through it’s so annoying, worst of all North Perris and to think it’s in the industrial area makes this place even worse in comparison to the actual nice houses
Me and my family lived in one of the RV’s a while back because my cousins live in the near by trailer park, but even then I wouldn’t want to live in neither areas, i get that these places are cheap but I REALLY suggest visit before buying, but I will warn against “those” people walking around, don’t even interact with them if they seem like they’re off something
I've lived in many RV Parks and this one is awesome, the office ladies are awesome, I've yet to leave the office without a laugh. The place is warm with the tenants, everybody is relaxed and to themselves walking their dog or whatnot. The price point is great, nobody messes with ya, trash right in front taking out twice a week, large space, gated community, many friendly dog owners and kids playing. Reading the negative reviews doesn't seem fair to say.
