What a nice, small campground! I almost booked us at the KOA right by this one, but thankfully did not. This was such a charming, peaceful place and so convenient to the interstate and establishments. The sites are a bit close, but no moreso than some other places we've stayed. The staff was very friendly. Loved the horses too!
This campground is a small rustic park that is made up of about half long term campers and quite a lot of overnight camping on a daily basis. The sights are somewhat level but can be high on the backside but I was able to level my unit.
Country Oaks campground is just off I-95 at mile marker 1 in Georgia. It is conveniently located for on and off access to the interstate. Clean campsites nestled under live oaks , full hook ups, restrooms and showers are clean and well kept. Beautiful little dock at the back of the property for people to enjoy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our overnight stay so much that upon our return from Canada we made it a point to return. I highly recommend it.
Best campground ever!! Lonnie and the crew have been so welcoming and kind!! Hard working staff!
This place is amazing. Clean, quiet, and has so many extra things for those of us that travel in our RV. They pick up trash for you in the morning, each space has a great fire pit, and although we had our own bathroom and shower, I looked in their baths and SUPER clean. The lady who runs this place is so sweet and polite. The residents are super sweet and say hi. Everything is nearby. I took a ride service to Walmart and stopped at a gas station. People are very friendly in the area. Night is quiet and peaceful, during the day the one is great to walk around. Plenty of space between RV's. Will be back in a month. Loved it.
