From jct I-30 & Hwy 7 (Exit 78/Caddo Valley): Go 900 feet N on Hwy 7,then 1 mi NE on Frost Rd.
We stayed only 1 night and didn't unhitch our RV. The site accommodated our 35' fith wheel and truck. The pull thru sites are very close together but we were just looking for an overnight stay with an early departure. As stated in other reviews, the ground is gravel, the camp is clean, there are restaurants close by and a grassy area for our dogs. For what we needed , it was good. The only con was the water and it's the reason I rated this 3 stars. The sulfur smell was so strong and foul that we didn't shower or clean our dishes. In hindsight,we should have used our fresh water tank.
Excellent stay as always. Very friendly people and feels like a community more than just a RV park. Walking distance to the Caddo River which provides an excellent area to walk and explore. River floating service during season. Close enough to anything you may need and within a short walking distance to several restaurants and fast food joints. In the process of expanding and adding more sites.
Gravel and level sites are throughout with a community awning and BBQ grill.
I stayed there with my three dogs. We got an end spot, and it was nice. The spots are drive-thru. There was a big field for me to walk my dogs. I enjoyed the area.
Clean level gravel spots.we only stayed over night. Picked my own spot and called manager to report # and pay. 33' travel trailer and full size truck no need to unhitch. Far enough off the road to make it convenient and quiet. Also Pilot Travel center on the same exit on I30 to top off
No contact rental. No freeway, or traffic noise. The view outside my bedroom window was of a grassy pasture with thick tall woods at the far side. Easy on and off freeway access. Full hookups with 50A available. Nothing else here. No bathrooms, or laundry. No pavement anywhere. The spot we were in seemed typical for this park. The space was graveled with a mixture of rock, some crush and some large river rock. The rock was uneven and difficult to get the landing gear stable upon. We slept well there and felt safe. I think if you are particular, and care how things look, you should pass. If you need an empty field to share with other travelers, with full hookups and you can overlook imperfection, I think you should stop here
