These reviews are so generic; in the name of the location is a campground, however the questions ask about rooms and service. these do not get rated because there are no rooms and there is no service other than checking into the front desk. if the question was amenities for campgrounds that would be more appropriate. I used a primitive spot w/o electric but there are spots here with electricity and water. This Campground is very clean and camper friendly organized. It includes showers washers and dryers as well as a place to wash your dishes and drinking water is available to all campers. There are some short hiking trails as well that you won't find in all campgrounds. I highly recommend this Campground, but it does not come up on a Google search when you simply ask for a campgrounds in the area. also no hidden fees or two nights stay requirements, which is refreshing.

This compact campground is in a quiet residential neighborhood next to a marsh and only 20 min from downtown Portland and Old Orchard Beach and 40 min from Kennebunkport, so very central. The pond in the CG attracts ducks, herons, turtles and other bird life. Roads are paved, sites are gravel and mulch/leaves from the trees. Sites are not as close as an RV park, but not as spacious as a state or federal park. We stayed in mid-Sept and sticky sap falls from the trees and will get all over your shoe soles, your dog's paws, and your clothes if you sit on the picnic table so be mindful of that. No amenities except showers and restrooms which we didn't use because we have a self-contained motorhome. Lots of trees and a nice quiet vibe.

Very disappointed with this campground! We were booked and UNFORTUNATELY or RV had major engine problem. We broke down on I-95 and had to be towed. Anyone in this situation totally understands the frustration.

Our RV was towed to a repair shop which of course was not able to work on it for a couple days. Can you only imagine how stressful

all this was? I called the campground explained everything and was told

I would NOT receive any credit. Full payment was given when I booked. The rates to stay are quite pricey. I called as soon as I could. Had it of been the day before according to their policy I would have received a credit. Do you not have a heart? This breakdown obviously was not planned. I was in business for 26 years and would never be so cold hearted. You only received 1star in order to leave this review. I hope you enjoyed my hard earned money!!

We loved our experience here. The sites were spacious and clean. It was so peaceful and quiet, perfect for anyone looking to unwind and unplug! There was a nice trail that brought us around the marsh and it was conveniently located near plenty of amenities. Will definitely be coming back.
