Water park was super fun for kids and adults. The staff members inside the store were rude. They seemed like we were a bother to them. Their flyer advertises renting golf carts by the day, when we went to do so they stated you needed a 2 day minimum. Nowhere did it state that in anything. The campsite did not come with a fire pit but the guy at the front gate was helpful by getting one from another site. They have a really nice park and gaga pits for kids. Also a fun choochoo train that takes you around the park. Their showers were motion sensored to turn on and you could not adjust the temperature which was a downside. Would probably camp here again if they had better customer service.

It’s strange to me how everyone can have the same complaint and experience about the staff, but yet they continue to allow the disrespect from this companies employees. It is strictly the office women!! My wife and I were interested in purchasing a seasonal lot this morning, while completely ignoring every flaw this campground has. And the staff completely changed our minds. They were rude when asked questions. Being “new” seasonal’s we were only allowed to have water and electric hook ups no sewer. What a damn shame. We will take our business elsewhere!

Some of the staff is friendly-ish, others are not. Waited in line to buy some wood at the store, the cashier talked with the people in front of me for about 6 minutes about her mother and family, they obviously knew each other. Another cashier came over and helped the people behind me. After my cashier was done with the people in front of me she turned around and walked away. I literally sat my $12 for wood on the counter and walked away. So if you're reading this staff, that's what the random $12 was for.

The water is pretty cold, the hot tub is very small and always crammed with kids. My biggest problem however is the fact they shut the bathrooms down for 30 minutes at 9 am to clean them....ya know, when people are waking up and trying to handle their morning business...they divert you to the lobby bathrooms, which the men's room has one stall and one urinal...imaging how that goes at 9 am when the whole camp ground is directed there.

They have two coffee trailers next to the lobby, but they were not open in the morning, makes sense I guess...or not.

The swimming lake area us beyond disgusting, I wouldn't step foot in it let alone kayak or canoe.

I have teen-age boys so it wasn't a whole lot of fun for them. We pretty much drove the golf cart around for hours. However, I imagine if you have younger children it would be a decent place. The lobby has ice cream and frozen foods. Overall, I wouldn't be back, but I wouldn't not recommend, just know what you're coming to.

Mid size campground. Lots of things for kids to do… 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor plus pirate cove water activity’s. Some of the employees need a lesson on customer service. Maintenance was very quick to respond to a sewer issue and had all systems flowing within an hour.

Great place to bring family w/kids!! LOTS to do!! Awesome swimming pools for each age level (zero entry splash pad entrance to kids pool, an “adult” pool kept a bit warmer, and a gigantic water slide splash thingy)! Not to mention a pool w/jacuzzi located indoors, ideal for those chillier days! Mini golf @ no extra charge! Huge wooden play structure and multiple smaller play areas throughout the grounds. But one of the best parts is how friendly and accommodating staff is AND still maintain strict rules on noise levels, speed limits (15 mph in park) and super clean!!! All nestled nicely in the woods with a small lake (can rent kayaks or canoes) and a creek and plenty of wild life! A place to not only have a blast with your family, but feel safe too!!! I sure wish this was available when my kids were young!!!!
