We made a reservation months in advance and found out that they will allow our friends to camp in the RV park since they have a length limit on all campers and RVs and I guess they didn't take the cut. So within 2 hours of making the reservation I called and cancelled our reservation. Jackie told me that they will be charging a $40 cancellation fee!! WTH?! That is absolutely absurd and unheard of. I'm disappointed as we have stayed there before and enjoyed it. We will not be back.

Nice high end rv resort. Very well maintained and they have went to great lengths to keep the same theme at each site with landscape and cottage colors. They do offer many amenities mostly appealing to the older crowd. The wifi is an absolute joke. While they advertise that it is available throughout the campground it doesn’t have the bandwidth to conduct any kind of work on. The staff seemed aware of this and are supposed to remedy the issue going forward (by next camping season).

Oh, I love this place. They have great amenities but sadly, our RV is too small. We downsized to save on gas our “new class C” is too small. Why that’s all I want know? I understand it’s private campground but it’s kind of ridiculous. Read your reviews Sunnybrook I’m not the only unhappy camper.

Absolutely our favorite resort!! So much to do, great amenities, clean and well manicured grounds, friendly neighbors, perfect distance to downtown South Haven! Can’t say enough!! Only negative would be was a rude interaction from a resident upon arrival (claimed to be old management, but was very unkind to me and my son). Sunny Brook has made a great decision in upgrading management because the current team is absolutely amazing in every way! Can’t wait to go back!!

Be aware that their cancellation policy is quite strict. Having said that, due to a combination of things (they don't take credit card payments at the time of sending a "reservation request," promising that someone will call back to confirm the reservation and take the credit card info at a later date) I ended up double-booking our stay in South Haven. With over 5,000 miles and 50 layover locations, I need to pay better attention to notes and confirmation emails. Not realizing this error until the day of our arrival, Sunny Brook agreed to partially waive the entire fee I had paid to "someone" several months ago for a reservation I thought was for somewhere else. I was grateful and appreciative, and speaks to their desire to do the right thing, given the circumstance. Our next time through the area I will certainly give Sunny Brook our business (and pay better attention to my trip plan.) Thank you guys!
