We had a great time at River Ridge Campground with our 11 year old grandson. The campsites were beautiful along the river. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The camp store was well stocked with anything you might need. The pool was very clean and at a comfortable temperature. Also, the staff decorated the place really cute for the Christmas in July weekend. We are looking forward to camping here again. Bonus- they have a Cafe with food and snacks!
Our first time camping here and we love this place already on the first night. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with children. Great place to camp, you get a homey feel at this place. Quiet and peaceful with so much to do for the kids.
They have a in ground pool, swimming pond with a big jumping pillow, cafe that serves food and ice cream. They also sell wood at their office and deliver it right to your campsite!

This campground was absolutely beautiful. Even though it’s in tue middle of no where, they offer so much to do on the weekends from Memorial Day until Labor Day. They had tie dye, candy bar bingo, live music, slip and slide and so much more. This campground is right on the river and they offer rentals for kayaks and tubes. We did the kayaking and it was a blast. It was only $10 per person and they drive you up to where you launch and you end at the campground. We stayed at site C and the only thing I would say about the site is that I would rent A-D with all my friends and family, cause our neighbors were loud every night and a lot of people kept cutting through our sites to get to theirs. Next time I would love to get a site on the river, they look beautiful. The staff was super friendly all around, every time you went into the office they were happy to help. The bathrooms were very clean as well. Overall very pleased with the campground, definitely will be staying here again next year.
Love love love. So clean and homey. Little in ground pool, store, food counter and a lake with water trampoline and slide!! The camping sites are adorable and many sit on river.(not sure which one). And they have 2 rustic cabins and 1 fully equipped cabin to rent!!
Fun time for the family. Only issue I would say we had was the line to empty tanks when leaving took way too long. Would be great to see more full hookup too avoid this or more spots to empty. Otherwise a great spot. Liked that they have a pool, pond, and the river!
