From jct Hwy 20 & US 31: Go 3 mi S on US 31, then 1/2 mi E on Winston Rd, then 3/4 mi N on Water Rd.
Absolutely enjoyed my time! I had a two-room suite that was great. I would suggest if you're staying for a while to get the $300 Visa pack because it does come with one day swimming pass and mini golf for six people as well as video coins. The $300 gift card is good anywhere on the resort.
I had a really good time there! I went for my birthday trip and on the trail ride they sang happy birthday to me! I had a lot of fun in the indoor water park and the arcade it was a lot of fun! We try to go every year during the winter and we always have a great time. The trail ride was a lot of fun Rachel, Mike, and Jen were amazing and will definitely do again! The food was amazing just everything in general was amazing!
We went for a horseback ride and it was so much fun! Went as a pair and had a ride with four others. We walked down some fun trails and had great commentary with our wranglers Isabel and Amanda.
I rode Sheba, which is a retired barrel horse. Rachel made sure I was comfortable on her before riding off. My Co-rider got Cofax who is a curly gelding. Very fun would 100% ride with this crew again.
This place is ran like a joke and the owners should definitely look further into the people they have as a face for their resort. People like Christina, and the other unprofessional, nasty women who clearly hate their jobs and need to brush up on their people skills. Aside from that, the pool was so dirty they clearly don't clean as they should there. Dirt, sand and grime everywhere. Do not waste your money on this place ! Any other indoor water Park will do you better.
The stay was great. The kids had fun. Would have been nice to have soap for washing dishes and some pot holders in the room. I had to use body soap to wash dishes and I burned myself trying to use a dish towel to pull food out of the oven. Ceiling fan and remote control didn't work on the bedroom and we called about it but no one came.
