Great place to set the RV up and enjoy some time. The help was super nice. Pool and entertainment were outstanding. It’s definitely a hidden Gem
This is a camp ground. It is very beautiful. There is a river right by it with lots of kayaks. There is a beautiful garden.
Extremely disappointed in the complete lack of customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would.
We took a tour on a Sunday and was talked into signing up for a membership and was told if we got home and found that it didn't fit in our budget, we could cancel within 5 days of signing up without a penalty. I've been calling and emailing since Monday morning (it is now Thursday) and the customer service is terrible. I've gotten no responses or generic responses. Do not fall for this joke of a membership!!! They will screw you over and lie. After reading every detail from the membership guidelines, I found that we were lies too!!
We were given a voucher to stay 4 days, 3 njgbts free and a $250 gift card that can only we used on certain things and that was even a joke to deal with. 🤦🏻♀️
This is my home resort where it started in 2016. I was in a pop-up camper and thought why would one need a ‘camping timeshare?’ Here we are 7 years later and I will tell you this is an amazing magical place! It hasn’t even yet been a year since I finally had the chance to upgrade from the pop-up so definitely now think of myself as a camping newbie. I now have a 33 1/2 foot travel trailer and let me tell you, there are many learning curves. We were here 2 weeks ago for an all-girls getaway and several challenges happened that I was clueless what to do with. The ladies at the store immediately called for some maintenance help and much gratitude in them coming to my rescue. Definitely above and beyond! The evening we arrived Walt was a god-send in helping leveling and such. The next few days Jody and his crew helped in other ways. Thanks all! I am here again (8/3/23) and just had the pleasure of meeting the manager Barb. What a beautiful woman who cares so very much for this place! I told her my favorite part here (besides being right on the river and taking in the amazing view) is what I call their ‘meditation hut’ and it is breathtaking! There are gardens surrounding it and it’s a place of pure zen/relaxation. I highly recommend camping here, you won’t be disappointed! It’s small and quaint and the camping vibe is a perfect energy! The on-site staff is incredible but the customer service is rude, unpleasant, and have no idea about the actual camp ground. Was seriously thinking about becoming a member until I had to deal with the off site customer service.
