From jct SR-463 & SR-63: Go 1 mi NE on SR-463, then 1/4 mi S on Koffel Rd.
Clean laundry facilities, the RV site we got was behind the office. Although roomy, it is all blacktop no grass, no picnic table, the place where people can wash their cars is at our site. Had a drunk guy sit outside our RV for 10 min
Didn't feel comfortable going outside with him there. This is like camping in Grand central station... ugh
I rent an old trailer, there is no one in the township, county or state is monitoring these rentals.
Nothing on the windows when I moved in, dishwasher doesn’t work and won’t be fixed. Previous owner was a heavy smoker and I had to scrub the walls to de-smell the place.
Staff is fantastic but when they fix things (and they have to fix things a lot) it’s all salvaged from old junk they pull off old trailers they are getting rid off.
So far the washing machine was replaced with another old washer that has 1 setting (was told the last replace available is even older).
Central air broken and they finally brought out a salvage unit that worked for two hours...
If you desperate this is where you come to rent.
