I go to this campground a few years now and it is my favorite, kid and pet friendly with nice activities
The last week I was there my grey and black tanks were dumped and had a broken handle on the black tank. Nothing was done before I left and called after and no call back to resolve the issue. Watch your handles of you have your tanks dumped by their staff
Our family planned a weekend stay in July 2023 and had medical related family emergency 4 days before our stay. I filled out her cancellation form hoping just for a rain check and to return at a later date. They fill up so quick it wouldn't have hurt their business to allow this exception. Along with several other read reviews dealing with the same issues, she asked us for medical proof of the family member who was hospitalized. After "making her decision", the warden gave us no refund, and my brother who was the individual hospitalized, a credit, even though he will not be back after this experience. The owner does not return phone calls, and the only way to communicate with her about a cancellation is to fill out the comments section of their cancellation form. I have emailed and called with no response back. This has proven to be a pattern with this campground.
Great location. Do they have WiFi yes, but it is not sufficient to even use your cell phone, so don't expect to work remotely or use your smart TV on the wifi. We were 2 sites away from the wifi transmitter, so it's not a distance thing...... just lack of bandwidth maybe. Very few full hookup sites, limited number of 50 amp sites. But the location, view and relaxation are what makes this a nice campground.
