Overall acceptable. A couple of items that may or may not matter to others.
1. No sewer hookups, $15 to have your tank pumped out.
2. Only bathrooms that were open were at the office. We were 1/2 way down the campground and had 250 to 300 yards up the hill to showers.
3. There are restrooms available at the pavillian in the center of the campground but they keep it locked.
Power went out once but they had it back on in less than an hour.
Staff was very nice.
Nice clean pool but crowded when we were there. Some teens were getting rowdy but staff addressed it quickly
Enjoy.
The woman who took our reservation was super nice but that was the only nice experience we had. Upon arrival, we were disappointed none of the staff was wearing a mask even in the camp office with no plexiglass or 6 ft. Also, campers walked in while we were there with no mask and staff never said a word. At night, we were woken up several times by dogs barking. At least two sites had dogs out overnight and when one started, the other joined in. And there was an abundance of trashy looking sites sporting negative messages. We won’t be back. Also, the electric was sketchy at best.
Nice place have a pool , is close to Nockamixon state park . Nice people, Thanks
This place is really nice, 1st time there. We stayed in rental RV onsite & was so cool! Had patio w/awning, picnic table & grill in addition to fire pit area. They deliver wood for fire pit right to your site, the lil store has anything you may have forgotten to pack. The staff are all so very friendly, welcoming & quick to help. My grandkids loved roasting marshmallows last night & sitting around the fire. Unfortunately we left day early due to something wrong with RV heater but their response was quick & did what they could...things happen & totally out of anyone's control. We'll definitely be back & I highly recommend this campground!
Awesome campground, that is very close to some amazing Upper Bucks outdoor actives, while also being nearby small towns and stores. We held an event at their Pavillion (indoor Pavillion that is extremely nice and well decorated, see pictures) and it went very well. There is plenty of seating, a variety of tables, you can change the setup easily. They have a full sized kitchen and drink/bar serving area that is very clean and organized. There is a variety of seating options including a couch and folding chairs. They also have indoor table games (fousball, table tennis) as well as attached garage doors that can be opened to unload and load big stuff easily. We found that there was ample parking (see pictures) and the natural esthetic of the location was very pleasing. We will love to visit again and recommend others to do the same either for a nice getaway camping trip or for your next event.
