Wow, This park is absolutely beautiful. I've been coming here for years and I love it more and more every time. The amount of trails, wildlife, and nature to enjoy here is crazy! I wish I could rate Evansburg higher! There are plenty of trails ranging from super easy and short to longer and more challenging. You could easily spend hours here because of this. So much scenery to enjoy all times of the year. It's especially pretty here in the spring and fall. The park really can't ever get boring with how big it is. It's perfect for a short walk, running, hiking, fishing, horse riding, or picniking! The only thing about this park is it is pretty much always muddy even in the dry months, and some of the trails are used to horse riding, so watch out! Those don't take away from the beauty of this park though! I recomend to check it out for sure!

Enjoyed walking the trails with my kids. Nice and shady and different trails to choose from. I have aspbfished here in years past. Watch out for the horse poop! ;)

We had fun catching toads. 🤪

This park and trails are great here. Evansburg has neat trails if you enjoy hiking through the woods and along the river. Some of the trails take much longer than stated (which is a good thing) because there are so many places to stop and things to see not on the maps! I would plan for about 45 minutes to an hour extra to be realistic, happy I got out and hiked today. This place is absolutely phenomenal if you are local or not.

- For all beginner hikers, you can picture this as a very small sliver of a national park.

- Get out and enjoy nature!!
