The site we reserved got flooded a bit, but they gave us the spot next to it with no hassle whatsoever. We were right next to the beach, so we could go swimming without ever leaving our spot. We also got to go fishing while barely leaving our spot. The gift shop was well stocked with firewood and ice and worms as well as most essentials. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restrooms were clean and you could tell they cleaned them every morning because you could smell the cleaning stuff. They had a small game room with a pool table, air hockey, and a couple arcade games as well as a small playground.

Pros: Staff are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The campground really has the feel of a small, family run place with lots of nostalgia. Homemade cookies handed out to the kids before kids candy bingo for example. :) Sites are large and nicely arranged. Bathrooms were clean. People were friendly and quiet hours were enforced.

Cons: Some of the facilities are quite outdated or no longer operating. While there is a game room, there is little there and many of the games do not work. The description lists a cafe in the camp store which we were told has not actually operated for several years and the camp store is pretty minimal. We stayed on site 35 which is right on the beach and a beautiful location in good weather however apparently floods quite badly whenever there is heavy rain. It would have been helpful to know that when booking as we ended up needing to go home to sleep one night when there was literally water running through the campsite and under our tent. Anyone booking this site should be informed that the water from the road drains directly into this site and flooding is common so they can make an informed decision about whether to book it. In the middle of torrential rain, we were offered the "opportunity" to move to an alternate tent site.

Overall, I liked the campground and if you are looking for a simple, old school campground, this may be a great match. It would be good for the camp to update the information on their website and maps to reflect reality however.

Staff are all incredibly nice. Facilities are kept clean. Great prices even if not seasonal. Beautiful scenes, glad I brought my camera.

We were there over a holiday weekend. Some of the neighbors were definitely there to party, but our regular neighbors were extremely friendly and willing to offer help when needed.

Overall awesome place. Would love to go back.

We just had the best Memorial Day Weekend camping trip here! Our site (25) was HUGE and private, and perfect for an exploring toddler! The bathrooms were clean and operational and the store had the few things we wanted/needed/forgot. There was a band Saturday nigh and my daughter loved dancing in the field to the tunes! We didn't participate in or attend any of the other activities but it sure looked (and sounded) like everyone was having a great time at those too :) The beach area was clean and a good size. The multiple little playground areas were great for my daughter. Definitely recommend and plan to visit again!

Our family recently enjoyed a fantastic week-long vacation at Two Lakes Campground, and we had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff at the campground made our stay truly memorable with their exceptional service and friendly demeanor.

Right from our arrival, the staff greeted us with warmth and hospitality. They were always available to assist us, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing helpful information about the campground's amenities and nearby attractions. Their genuine friendliness made us feel right at home.

Throughout our stay, the staff's attentiveness and professionalism impressed us. They promptly addressed any questions or concerns we had, going the extra mile to make our experience enjoyable. The campground facilities were well-maintained, and the staff's dedication to cleanliness and safety was evident, the bathrooms were cleaner than my own.

The organized activities were a highlight of our vacation. There was something for everyone in the family.

In conclusion, our time at Two Lakes Campground was truly special. The staff's exceptional service, friendly attitude, and well-maintained facilities exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this campground to families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. Thank you to the staff for making our vacation unforgettable, and we look forward to returning in the future!
