One of the last family owned campgrounds in Wells! Modern service buildings, pool and office. Always super clean and an incredibly friendly staff. Of course the view is absolutely amazing!
WARNING Read the fine print on your confirmation. It differs Wiley from the website details. The website says that a cancellation or change in plans requires a $25 service charge. I paid a $50 deposit called to cancel my reservation and was advised that I would not receive any money back - read my confirmation. I explained the website policy and Carol said “well I’m sorry” – I don’t think so.
Perfect campground for our young family. Plenty of amenities to keep everyone busy. The cleanest bathrooms and showers ever! 9 minutes to Drake beach. All staff were very kind and helpful.
Awesome campground, right in the middle of town, but I would have never guessed it from my site. We stayed in the 400s area for sites, and it was quiet and enjoyable. The staff are friendly, and encourage and enforce safety, especially for the kids. The pool was great too. Probably one of my favorite details were the free showers. Small arcade in the office too.
