Wonderful managers with good advice. Very clean laundromat, and beautiful view of the mountains and sunset! We drive a 32-ft sunseeker, and pull a small Jeep and had plenty of room. Will be sure to come back.

Very nice and well maintained RV park near downtown Tucson. Nice and helpfull staff.

Good value for money. Only minus is from April 1st you pay a ridiculous $8 per day for electric even if you do not use a lot of power. Why not pay by metered use

A couple off days ago in Yuma we paid $32 extra for electric for our 3 weeks stay.

Very friendly staff. We arrived on a Sunday and were warmly greeted by Devan at the front desk. Trevor helped us pull into our site. They answered all our questions about the park and gem show. Facilities were sparking clean and grounds were well maintained. Card-reader laundry was a plus. We would recommend to friends.

I see why this place is popular!!! Most importantly the owners are the definition of southern hospitality. We called ahead and got greeted by name at the door and escorted to our spot. This place is CLEAN. The plants and decorations were top notch. There were a lot of snow birds that decorated their space more than anywhere I've ever seen. It was so refreshing. The pool is open - no worries about it being crowded its not. The water is ice cold but it was 100 degrees outside and it was just what we needed. The laundry facility had new looking washers and dryers - better than what most of us have at home. Sometimes a draft of curiously smelling stuff blows through but it's not gut wrenching or anything. You can see the stars at night even with the nearby light pollution. If you need a short stay or a long stay this is the spot!!

We spent 30 days here this winter. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Sites are big enough. All gravel. The neighborhood is industrial. Very reasonable rates.. Easy access to freeway and Tuscon tourism sites. It made a good home base. Right next to the bike trails on the river. Tuscon is not a pretty city but has lots to see and do.
