Located 20 miles from Phoenix and 15 miles from Tempe. From US 60, go north on Ironwood for 3 1/2 miles to Teepee Street. Then left (toward the west) 1 1/2 blocks.
I live here. Manager is great. Done silly reminders about weeds, even when there are weeds in the common areas that are worse then most of the lots. But all in all it's a great place.
The grounds are very well kept. The outdoor pool and hot tub is very refreshing fitting a hot day and cool night. Everyone is very friendly and the fact that this park is a gated community makes this a place that I like to call home
Our family of 7 has lived here for over 10 years which should say something. Not only that but when our oldest first moved out, she started her own family and moved back here just a couple of spaces down. As far as mobile home parks go, this is definitely nicer, more well kept park there is. Especially with it being all ages! My biggest advice - if you're over 55 and don't like kids, move next door to the 55+ and save us all the headache.
What an adorable (all ages welcomed) mobile home. The location is not only awesome, but they also are accepting Rvs. And 5th wheels. It's so hard to find a place to park right now that it's nice to know mobile parks are opening spaces for the RVers. We drove around to just glance at the surroundings, and it's extremely well taken care of. Clean. And very put together. The homes are also just so cute!!! Everyone has homely decor and it just feels like a very welcoming community!
Don’t get on the park managers badside or she will block your payments and force you to fight for your home. She doesn’t care if you’re making arrangements due to income changes. The gates are constantly broke and there’s a lot of thief.
