Waaaaay too many people in the resort. Sure, they have nice amenities, but with all those people, I'm not sure that you would really get to enjoy them.

Live in our RV so no need for a room. Clean resort and tons to do during season. Learn a new hobby at one of the craft groups-anything from card making, jewelry, embroidery, knitting, crochet and quilting. Groups are for beginners to advanced. Outside activities offered also.

New ownership has shown to be less considerate to the daily resort operational requirements. Cleanliness, pool and hot tub maintenance and regard for the people who live there year round as well as the RV snowbirds. Organization of events (ie dinners, bbq's etc) are not advertised soon enough and it seems like there are never enough tickets. I feel I have the right to voice my opinion as we stayed at the RV section two separate winters and cannot believe the deterioration. We definitely missed George! New ownership seems to be completely focused on the sale and pre-sale rentals of the new park models. We were told that the pool and hot tubs were not operational due to issues regarding part availability. We visited another local park and found that their 3 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs and ALL the washer and dryers in the laundry's (2) were 100% operational. Anyway, not returning to Rincon West unless positive changes are made. The people there are great and we have made life long friends.

This is supposed to be a gated community. The gate has been broken for over two weeks. This is one of the worse sections of Tucson. When I left last spring the gate was broken then and some one had come in with police chasing them. Pool is closed often because of chemical unbalanced. Hot tub was closed for a couple months last yrs for parts... Time to look for a new safer place where the management cares about the residences.

Not hotel. Well managed 55+ park for small manufactured homes, RVs and trailers. Popular for extended snowbird winter stays and a few year round residents. Step brother stays here
