From the West: Take I-44 to Hwy 360/James River Freeway. Proceed 12 miles to "Republic Road to Glenstone Exit". Turn left at stop light. Go 2 blocks to the first street and turn right at Nature Center sign. Proceed 2 blocks to Timbercrest RV Park. From the East: Take I-44 to Hwy 65 South; go 10 miles, turn right on James River Freeway/60 West. Proceed 1/2 mile; take Glenstone Exit. Turn left at the stop light, go across the overpass and stay in the left hand lane. Turn left at Springfield Nature Center sign. Go 2 blocks to Timbercrest RV Park.

Drove through looking for a place to stay in the future. Greeted by manager standing in front of our car asking what we were doing there. Rude and pointed to her fifth wheel (lives in the park) bragging how it's one of the nicest in the park. Stay here no way.
Spoke to manager 1/27/2024. She said park is closed. Unsure if they will reopen.
This place is a great homey environment and an excellent location for our needs. It’s right beside a public park. And super convenient to main area highways. The management is friendly and will watch out for you and your belongings. I would definitely recommend them for short or long term visits to Springfield.
