The rooms were nice. They were clean and equipped with most anything you need for a weekend. The only problem we had was that we were expecting more on site amenities (splash pad and mini golf) but the splash pad was still under construction and we didn't see any hint of mini golf. The pools were very nice. The areas were clean and well kept.
We’ve been coming here for three years now and love it more each visit! We’ve had a yearly site here the last two years and we’re never leaving! So much fun, so much to do yet so peaceful! Love the amenities! Greg and all of the staff are amazing! Truly a resort! And always a pleasure to come! The drive from Wichita is oh so worth it!
Great property & staff. So nice to throw a change of clothes & swimsuits in without the hassle of other packing was a bonus. They have what you need. Restaurants, pools, lake access(including swimming from the docks), ice & light supplies… aka candy/drinks/chips for the kids. We had a great time!
Being able to use a utv respectfully is a major bonus.
Had a family reunion here. The location was nice, but I was not impressed with the rooms. There appears to be very little effort put into cleaning the rooms. I came in to my room late at night, and crawled into bed only to find that my bed had been peed in by the previous occupant. They switched my room the next day. It turns out that my new room had been offered to one of the other members in my party, but when they got there the beds weren't made and there was trash everywhere and were consequently given another room. They did make the beds this time and I didn't find pee in my bed thankfully; however, my toddler found a fishing hook on the ground which was disappointing. Overall, the cleaning appears to be rather sloppily done.
Stayed with a large group for a wedding. (spread across the 3 & 5 BR condos) The 3 BR condos were excellent. Super clean and well kept. Spent a lot of time at the pools & outdoor bar right next to the pools was great! (Thanks for keeping the drinks yummy, Chad!) restaurant's were delish & the wait staff was friendly & helpful. (come hungry for breakfast at dock 3 - huge portions!)
We would absolutely book here again!
