Big pull through sites and on a pretty river. But bathrooms are awful. Old, need updating, not clean and no hot water or pressure. We would not recommend.

I lived there full time for 4 years while I went back to college, with my Doberman, two teenage sons, and their mother. Great walking path around a 10-acre pond and down to the creek. Only had to pull RV out once during flooding season. My boys played paintball in the woods all the time. We lived in #26 at the far back left corner.

This is a great place to stay if you're older. There is no pool which is perfectly fine with me but the price is fair. There is a pond that has fish, turtles, and geese! It's nice and quiet and as new retirees is perfect. They also have laundry machines and a Casey's at the entrance.
