Love this place just moved here and moving into a bigger lot soon which is cool great place and very secure have camera's on all light poles

Good people clean safe and secure new shower house and laundry mat and bathroom they do propane on site and they offer year round living
Right now it is in the middle of a major renovation so it is not possible to give an accurate review. Update 11-27-2023. It is much better with the new laundromat facility. Also, some of the trashy, semi-permanent renters have been removed.
