I never leave reviews but I’m baffled by the customer service here. I didn’t even book a room because the lady on the phone was so rude to me when I had asked her a few questions/concerns about the rooms. I need to have a tv with an HDMI plug in. She told me some of them have them, some don’t. And she won’t check to see if the room I book has one so it’s not guaranteed. I hesitated for maybe a FEW seconds and she huffs and says “WELL JUST CALL ME BACK WHEN YOU KNOW WHAT YOU’RE DOING” and then hung up the phone. Gross behavior.
The manager is so great! She is nice, understanding and has patience for sure. My time there was one I won't forget.
the customer service sucks . the lady at front desk has the rudest attitude ive ever seen . ahe just lost my whole construction crews business and didnt care all because she refused my federal registered service dog - which by the way is against the law but i was told by her its her property and she can do wat she wants and theres the door if i dont like it . thanks for not following the laws the rest of us have to - rudest peraon i have ever met - thanks for the support of people who suffer from ptsd . i wouldnty even give them 1 star but had to in order to give this review and hopefully save someone else the rudeness and aggrivation i endured .
They are NOT! Pet friendly or people friendly id recommended country inn or any of the other options in town I'm honestly surprised she gets any business with the way she speaks to people... very drug friendly though!!! It's disgusting not worth it I don't care how cheap you're trying to go
Owner is very rude and she comes into our room without us here. She goes through our stuff and I don't appreciate people going through my stuff. I am pregnant and she gave me a disgusting look because I'm pregnant. She is kicked us out because we couldn't get the room clean in time. I would not recommend this place at all. If you do stay here I feel bad for you. Rooms are not that big and you have no place to do dishes. The bathroom is kinda small. I would choose any other hotel if I could but due to some problems and not enough money. She had a very rude attitude. She doesn't allow animals when she has one herself. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!
