When I arrived to check in on a busy Friday evening, I found what appeared to be the only available parking spot for my heavy duty truck.. As I was making my way to the front door I was stopped by a valet attendant, who was moving a vehicle, stopped, and RUDELY told me that “I was not allowed to park in my current spot”… WRONG ANSWER! When I lodge in Beaver creek I expect to be treated like royalty, I expect a positive environment! That’s what we’re paying for…. Get it fixed!!!
It is a wonderful place in Beavercreek, amazing facilities and service in this hotel. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. It seems that at their peak season they perform efficiently from what I recently experienced. I will say that when it comes escaping to a quiet and vibrant place that can provide wholesome family fun, this is the place to be.
Excellent place to stay in Beaver Creek! Everything from the staff, decor, rooms, dining and amenities was above and beyond and exceeded expectations. Complimentary coffee/tea station and shuttle service was a nice addition. Highly recommended, dog friendly. We will be back!!
Great spot if you want to bring your fur baby. Valet and concierge were both extremely friendly. Restaurant in hotel was amazing. Spacious room and can walk to lifts/central area.
I know the Pines Lodge is considered an affordable option for Beaver Creek, but for our family coming from TN on a once in a lifetime trip, their staff made it feel like the lap of luxury. From the bell stand and front desk staff to the bartender at Grouse Mountain Grill, everyone was friendly, helpful, and informed. No need went unmet.
Imagine my surprise Saturday morning racing to get a little to ski school, my demo board, and realizing the wife and kiddo could get their rental gear right in the hotel. By the time I was back from ski school, we were strapping in and skating (almost ski-in ski-out) to Strawberry Park for a warmup lap.
When we returned with leftovers after an early dinner we discovered the fridge wasn't working. Not joking, they had us a new one in 5 minutes and it was already cold and ready to go. Johnny and Kyle from maintenance were awesome. We joked about how our fridge at home died last month and had us cracking up. Great guys!
Free shuttles anywhere in the village, a water station to keep everyone hydrated, beautiful views, and comfortable beds. The wife wants to leave the kids and come back for a summer adult retreat, and because the Pines Lodge provides luxury service without the luxury prices, we may just do that. 10 out of 10 for a well run establishment. We will be back!
