We are a newer RV facility on 10 acres of land, just 5 miles SW of Chandler, TX on Hwy 317, conveniently located just minutes from Chandler & only 15 miles from Tyler, TX. We are not a destination RV park. We are a community - a village, if you will. After all, the best destination is "home". If you are looking for a quiet, secure, and friendly campground, then we are what you want! We are a gated village that has FREE Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and sewer, garbage pickup, laundry, and a fenced dog yard for the fur babies.
We stayed here during our grandson’s baseball tournament in July. What a gem! It was so relaxing. Management could not have been better! They have a locked gate at the entrance which we really liked. It was extremely hot when we were there, but were still able to enjoy our morning coffee sitting outside. The grounds were immaculate. We will definitely be back!
We had an AMAZING stay with Pat at The Old Homeplace. We were in town for a wedding and Pat was so accommodating, going out of his way to serve our family and our needs for this very special occasion. Thank you Pat for your kindness and hospitality.
***Be aware if you have children they charge $50 extra per child, no matter the age AND no playground. Next month (November) is starting where it will be rent PLUS electric. Do your research if you're on a budget and plan on staying with your family! We were super disappointed that we weren't able to stay here with our family, as a gated community sounded nice for our children to get to run around. Would definitely not recommend for a family. ****
Love this place! Patt and his wife are we sweet and accommodating people and we’re thankful for them. We called it home for several months while buying and preparing our new property. It’s peaceful and quiet with a warm and inviting community feel. The views are perfect with nice amenities. Best RV park in Chandler!!
My husband and I stayed here for three months – and this is by far been the best park we’ve ever stayed at. Their rates are great, the park is always kept pristine, and everyone there was super nice – including the owners! We love using their bark park for our puppy and the laundry room was always spotless. I would recommend any of my family and friends to stay there when coming and visiting/staying in the Tyler area!
