We stayed here for a few months and we absolutely love this park! The shower houses and laundry rooms are newer and spotless! They keep the grounds exceptionally clean and mowed. We loved taking the grandkids fishing in the big beautiful stocked pond (we fell in love with the ducks that live in the pond too), they also have a beautiful, clean pool! All the employees are very helpful and kind. I can’t say enough about this park! We hope to come back some day!
I'm very pleased with this place. Management is respectful and helpful. Place is very clean and treats the small handful that has retired as family. The cost for a few days or few weeks is very fair. A pool for the family even a small pond for the ducks. You'll be happy with this place. All- yes... They has WiFi
The park is well kept and has good amenities. Laundry, fitness facilities, bathhouse facilities, and community center. The monthly rates are affordable.
Nice place to stay. Employees are very accommodating. 2 laundry rooms, 6 nice shower rooms, fishing pond, pool. There is always something good going on. Many of the residents are long term, it seems that everyone knows one another and they are friendly to new commers. Kid friendly. 5mph speed limit and stop signs are politely and professionally enforced by management, for the sake of the children.
Absolutely stunning location for a temporary rv stay or permanent spot to live in beautiful east Texas! The gym, laundry rooms and restroom are always clean! I would say they are Buc-ee's approved!
