Great city rv park, quiet and very reasonable rates. Gates locked after 11pm but there is ample parking nearby and you can walk to your site. Laundry and bathhouse were clean. No trash lying around. Several cozy spots with nice shade trees.great view of the lake.

We stayed a week in October. Park is nice, quiet, on the lake (obviously). Our RV spot was a little unlevel with some asphalt chunks missing or holes, but we managed just fine. Looks like some people live there full time. Lane is close to walk, area is restricted to campers only, so no through traffic. The other was very right, but no FHU.

Nice campground close to the metroplex with easy access to I-35E. Spots are older asphalt that is partially overgrown with grass. Had to make a minor adjustment to get my rv level but not bad. It was very dark when I arrived so backing into the spot I had (#4) was a little challenging because it's situated between two trees. Good experience overall and would stay again.

To bad I can't give a zero. Last year and the two times I stayed before were nothing like this. The two ladies here are campground Nazis. I called twice and spoke to them. They knew I was here to see my daughter who lives in Lewisville as I have before. They said it was okay and I gave them my license plate number for my one vehicle (my class C) They said there was no problem her visiting me for dinner. When she arrived they didn't give her a parking pass and made her leave and park off the property. Meanwhile half the people here have more than one vehicle. So she had to walk half a mile into the campground to have dinner with me. The rule is visitors need a parking pass. They refused her one for no reason. They knew where she was going and there isn't a rule that says you can't have a visitor. My dogs could not be out of my RV unless I had their leashes in my hand. Dog pens are not allowed, smoking is not allowed (I'm not a smoker) but seriously outside people can't smoke and apparently you cannot have visitors come see you while you're on vacation. Your dogs can't lay on their mats with their leashes on outside your RV. This would be a nice place if it weren't for the campground Nazis. Horrible staff.

Great place for a few nights at an even better price! Super friendly check in staff. Felt very safe and was so quiet at all hours of the day which was really nice. The views were great and the bathrooms were nice and clean. Just a heads up the laundry is closed as they are working on that area. Not sure when they plan to open back up.
