Great location close to everything we wanted to see in Dallas. Friendly staff. It was our dog’s birthday and they gave him a gourmet Tailbangers cookie. Easy in and out, plenty of room and lots of walking areas for dogs.

We have been to nicer KOA’s and even those that had the basic amenities were better kept all around. We found numerous of objects on the ground on our site that could have caused tire problems and the grass was unkept. I had to use the bathroom and was dismayed to see a couple of the toilets not flushed and several wash cloths hanging in the shower stalls! Our site was very uneven.

It is centrally located which is a plus and the staff were friendly and helpful.

However, I think we will most likely try another campground should we return to the area.

Centrally located. You are close to everything. That's a plus. It's maintained, but not the best KOA I've stayed at. The grass by the pool is over grown. It's loud (but you are in the middle of the city). You are behind a secured gate, which is nice. But it can be maintained a little better. I guess you're paying for the location. People are very nice. People that stay here are nice. So overall, it's decent.... but not fancy.

Plus: Great location! Good Amenities.

Minus: There was a big dip at the front of our pull through that has a lot of standing water. Needs more gravel added to the site. Kinda tight getting through the front security gates. Laundry Room floor was pretty dirty. Was unable to use the sewer dump...it was plugged up. Reported it. They came right away, but did nothing except reprimand me for not reporting it sooner. They told me the site next door also had the same problem, and so does the site on the other side of us. I hardly think they would have reprimanded my husband, but because it was me...anyways, it's their existing issue. This park could be better maintained. I'm the customer that paid full price for full hook ups. I will ask for a refund.

Have called three times now to follow up on a refund. No manager to talk with per the employee I spoke with...said she was at a conference. Asked if she could leave a message. Let's just say she was way less than nice. We paid for full hook ups, but did not receive that. A partial refund seems reasonsble.

We stayed in one the cabins located at the Dallas / Arlington KOA because a family member was camping in their RV on site. Our cabin was spacious, clean and comfortable. It met our needs and was a short drive to all the planned activities.
