This place has gone to the dogs! It’s trash! A few years back it was nice, but nobody knew how to run the place. Now the floating store burned! The Corp needs to take it back and give it to someone that will clean and fix it up.

Fishing was good. The place was in the process of remodeling but the manager was nice and very helpful in answering our question. Can't wait til it's finished.

They have been working on getting this place up and going! The store is now open and they are getting live music on some weekends and some cabins have been renovated and ready to rent! They have an awesome floating cabin behind the store that has 6 beds and a full kitchen! They also house red mud adventures here at their marina on a floating cabin!

New management is finally turning this place around! The marina was destroyed in 2015 and has been in shambles until recently. The new team takes pride in what they do and it shows. Steady flow of repairs and upgrades. Good to see it coming back to life!

Someone left a homemade teardrop camper in one of the storage units here which the owner tried to sell only to find out it didn't have a proper axle and the wheels were about to break off because they were being held in place with a ratchet strap. We agreed to leave it in lot #3 so we could try and work something out to get it off the property but after two days it was evident I would need to buy a trailer just to haul it off for them, which was not what I agreed to (I was told the tires just needed air and it would be good to haul off). I came back to pick up my property on Sunday but the owner was MIA, all of my calls and text messages have been ignored despite being told I would be getting a refund (because she lied about the condition of the camper) and it's two days later and I'm about to call the police.
