***Be aware if you have children they charge $50 extra per child, no matter the age AND no playground. Next month (November) is starting where it will be rent PLUS electric. Do your research if you're on a budget and plan on staying with your family! We were super disappointed that we weren't able to stay here with our family, as a gated community sounded nice for our children to get to run around. Would definitely not recommend for a family. ****
