Great park! It resembles a neighborhood. It is not crowded and has a paved road all the way through. Water, sewer, power hookups no problem. I even have a back yard. Quiet with big lots with storage sheds. Cable lines for spectrum service. Birds & squirrels singing from a wide variety of trees. Owner Bob is easy to deal with and saved a spot for me to get me in. The air is crisp and it is hill country. Five stars!

They hid the fact they were going to sale the property. They went up $100.00 a month in November. Gave you 1 month to move. Being in a less desirable trailer park. We are here now strapped. The new management will tell us to move out so they can make more money.

This is a great place to live. Clean spacious lots, big backyards, great location, and reasonable price. The mosquitoes are annoying, but that's Texas for ya.

The park has been sold and is Under New Management. You cannot contact the owners in any way shape or form. Bernard is still manager of the park. The park was sold during the freeze and we received a notice after it was sold . the previous owners did not finish cutting the trees that broke in the park! there are dangerous large very large limbs that are broke and hanging or will snap in the when a heavy wind comes. We were asked by Bernard don't we have a chainsaw? This is not our responsibility! And then we were told by the previous management to stay out of our yard because it could snap and kill one of us! Or one of our dogs! the last management didn't finish cleaning up or cutting the dangerous very large limbs that are hanging. we have contacted Bernard the management here in the park to take care of it and have had no response! neighbors next to us have a tree and there are large limbs broke and laying on other ones ready to drop and they have not taken care of that! The tree actually fell on their RV and put holes in the top of it and the previous management did nothing about that ! The very large oak tree in our yard is the biggest one on the park and it broke and fell at our front door they took part of it down and left the other half up which is the dangerous part and with the winds that we have had already it is snapping you can see where it is breaking and the limb is about 20 feet long!
