Excellent camping grounds. Complete with decent restrooms for men and women. Nice firepits and firewood available on location. George is an elderly, sweet, and excellent voluntary host who keeps everything in order and, at the same time, doesn't come off as bossy. Great greenery, many many pecan trees. There are a lot of opportunities to take wild flower photos during spring. Enough parking for some camp sites, and there are other camp sites available for a bit more hardcore camping away from parking and restrooms. I camped 4 times already here, and I had a good sleep in the night. The only complaint is domesticated peacocks making noise in the middle of the night from nearby home ?

Yes.

First, the entry is stunning.

My Dream home will have one like this stunner.

This is a very nice place to take a walk on a paved path with nice trees and lush grounds.

Tons of interesting foliage.

Side paths running along Berry Creek.

Old massive sprawling trees.

Absolutely come here.

AND THEN THEIR IS THE DONKEYS.

Yes, 2 amazing Donkeys enclosed right near the Parking area.

Those 2 made our day!

If your not a Park fan, then just come and see those Donkeys 🫏.

2 Thumbs up for this Park.

This park is amazing. We have come here for over three years and it is always in excellent condition. The park is always clean and the grounds well maintained. Lots of hiking trails, some paved and some gravel. Lots of wildlife. And if your into Pokemon, there are a lot of stops and gyms. Great place for the family.

I love it, my kids love it, my wife loves it, my mother-in-law loves it. Even in the depth of winter, it's enjoyable. Plenty of space to roam, the pond is appealing, the playscapes are fun, and the donkeys are the best.

Beautiful and calm place and kept clean. Cute donkeys on-site and u can pick up pecans throughout your walks under the shaded trees.
